You can add and change actual costs for your budget at any time.
To add an actual cost for a budget item:
Click in the ACTUAL field to the right of the item, enter your cost, and click UPDATE.
To change an actual cost for a budget item:
Click in the ACTUAL field to the right of the item and highlight the existing value. Enter the new cost and click UPDATE.
