If an actual cost exceeds the estimated cost for any given item, the Wedding Bugdeter will recalculate the remaining estimates based on your actual cost.
To enter actual costs and recalculate estimates:
1. Enter the actual cost for an item in the ACTUAL field to the right of the item description.
2. Click the UPDATE button. Your budget and all remaining estimates will be adjusted immediately.
