At The Knot Wedding Shop, we understand that planning a wedding can get costly. That's why we created our Everyday Price Match Guarantee, so you can be confident that you're getting the best price on everything you need for your wedding. We also gladly accept competitors' coupons.

What is our Everyday Price Match Guarantee?

It's simple! The Knot Wedding Shop guarantees you're getting the best price. If you should find a lower price online for an identical product, we'll match the price.

What does the Everyday Price Match Guarantee apply to?

The Everyday Price Match Guarantee covers virtually all products needed for your wedding: wedding napkins, wedding cameras, cake toppers, bridesmaid gifts, groomsman gifts, wedding favors, and much more! The Everyday Price Match Guarantee does not apply to gift cards, charity donations, fine jewelry rental, and Zazzle stamps. A request for a price match must be made before or at the time of purchase.

Are shipping charges included in the price match?

No. At this time, we are not offering price match on shipping costs. The guarantee only applies to the cost of the product before shipping.

How do I take advantage of the Everyday Price Match Guarantee?

Just call (800) 390-9784 and tell our customer service representative where you found the lower price. We will verify the price* and complete your purchase for the lower price.

* Verification of Claims. All requests, including receipts, are subject to verification by The Knot Wedding Shop. The Knot Wedding Shop will not accept screen shots or other purported evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by The Knot Wedding Shop personnel. Nor will The Knot Wedding Shop verify any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith. The lower price must be in stock and available to ship immediately for purchase at the time you contact us, as determined by our customer service representatives.
