Why are photo booths so awesome? Not only are they fun, they add an entire new layer of photography to your wedding album -- that is, the chance to have a photo of every single guest at your wedding.
Tip: Instead of renting it, make the photo booth yourself with colorful fabric. And don't forget the funny props like hats, fake mustaches, and glasses.

I love this idea of the photo booth! I am a photographer and think that this is such a great way to capture the personality of your guests! It's a great idea...I think its original! Keep in mind, everything under the sun has been done before when it comes to wedding ideas but this is a fun and light hearted! A wedding is all about captivating the great moments that present themselves,,,,be unique and intricate in details. This photo booth compliments any wedding celebration and is a marvelous idea for your guests to let loose and have fun!

From: The Groom pictured...... Sounds like "Ms. Halloween" down there needs a tiny violin. The more focus you put on it being "original" - the more "love" begins to fade. FYI - In all honesty there is nothing "new" under the sun... you'll both be doing what you "want", yet keep in mind.... IT HAS ALL BEEN DONE BEFORE, so focus on each other and not on the show you'll put on. Result? Romance & Intimacy depicted. Ciao -Christian

The themed engagement photo shoot in this article is mine, and I would never regret it! We (my husband and I) did it with the best photographer (Maloman Photographers) and it did feel natural and not put on.....we enjoyed every minute of it and would do it again! To us this is what we wanted to do, and we didn't do it because others were doing it....When engaged, the most important thing to keep in mind is to enjoy every minute, do what makes the two of you happy, and enjoy the love you have for each other, that's what it's all about! The marriage is what matters, nothing else but that! ......but I do love to have awesome original pictures to capture ALL that engagement magic!

We are having a Gilligan's Island theme for our reception, so a light blue sheet with an island background made of green felt, and a brown and green palm tree would be perfect, along with character hats, a feather boa for Mrs. Howell, a white bucket hat for Gilligan, a captain hat for the Skipper, etc., would be lots of fun!

I agree with previous posters. So NOT origional, but it does say trends. Hence, what EVERYONE is doing. My fiance and I are doing what we want, not what the trend is. You know that oh-so-seventies hairstyle you laugh at your mom for? Um, yeah... don't need any of those regrets. Besides... I HATE themed photo shoots or contrived ideas. A wedding should feel natural, not put on. To each their own, right?
