"I Swear" by John Michael Montgomery for the first song... even if you don't like country, the lyrics in this one is perfect... and perfect slow song to dance to. We are doing Father/Daughter and Mother/Son dance together and playing "Because you Loved Me" by Celion Dion. Perfect song for a parent/child to dance to. We are also doing a picture slide show of pictures of us together and pictures when we were growing up. We are playing "My Best Friend" by Tim McGraw during the slide show.

A good In-Between song that I don't see mentioned..."Crazy Little Thing Called Love" by Queen! Seems like a great song for a wedding, and one that's got a good dancing beat. I've got a lot more jazz/swing music, being that I like that kind of thing, going in for our playlists; I don't like country western music myself, but since the bride does, we're going to have a little bit for whoever wants to get down with it. My family wants the two of us to do a dance routine to a song, since I used to, several years ago, teach beginning swing dancing classes, and the FI took dance classes. This would be a fun thing for the family to see, and show that the two of you really do have chemistry!
