1. Be Mindful of What You Eat
"I always tried to watch what I ate (or so I thought), but in hindsight, I know that I didn't always make the best decisions. My philosophy back then was: If my clothes still fit, then why do I need to work out? Looking back, that was not the best philosophy. Now I've decreased the amount of calories I take in by paying close attention to what I eat. And I drink lots of water throughout the day."

2. Consistency Is Key
"If you don't see results as quickly as you'd like, just keep at it and push yourself even harder, knowing that the results will come. I achieved a body I never thought possible; my arms, back and legs are all toned, and best of all, no more love handles! I was able to walk down the aisle to my soon-to-be husband feeling a sense of accomplishment because I'd never worked so hard for anything in my life."
3. Just Do It
"Working out has always been a big chore for me. The process of having to put on workout clothes to go and get sweaty was just too much work for me. I would've much rather sat and watched TV or gone out with my friends. There's no better day to start than today, and tomorrow will have a new excuse.
