1. Stay Motivated
"I motivated myself by picturing what I'd look like in my wedding photo (the large-format one that you blow up to 16x20 and hang above your mantel as the focal point of your living space). I knew how I wanted to look on my wedding day and did not want to look back in regret and disappointment."
2. Eat Right
"I cut out bad meals, including fast food, fried foods and high-calorie home-cooked meals, and limited myself to one cheat meal once a week! It was hard but also fun to look forward to it on Saturday instead of getting it every day."
