1. Island Charm
For a destination feel, consider The Moorings Village in Islamorada. Once a coconut plantation, this 18-acre property has a private beach to accommodate sunset vows.
2. Tranquil Grounds
The Bonnet House Museum & Gardens in Fort Lauderdale is a peaceful, serene property, home to elegant swans and a few monkeys (don’t worry, they won’t bite!). Here, exchange vows beneath a canopy of trees, then send guests inside to wander around the art collections.
3. Chapel of Love
Traditional brides wanting something a bit unique can marry in the Mayan courtyard on the grounds of The Maitland Art Center. What makes this top pick of Tracy L. Marini of Eventfully Yours in Central Florida really stand out is its historic style and intimate outdoor space.
4. Estate Grandeur
If the phrase “the bigger the better” could describe your theme, look no further than The Powel Crosley Mansion in Palmetto. Ashley Ann Pergola of Defining Moments Event Productions suggests this 1920s-era mansion for sophisticated soirees on the Sarasota Bay.
5. Hot Hotel
For a chic, beachside wedding check out The National Hotel in South Beach. You can marry by the hotel’s infinity pool then head into the stylish art deco ballroom for dinner and dancing.
6. Channel History
Vintage-loving brides will adore Andrews Memorial Chapel in Dunedin—a beautifully restored Victorian chapel that dates back to 1888. A walk down the aisle will make you feel like you’ve stepped back in time.
7. Garden Club
Wow your guests with a reception under the stars at the Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden in Coral Gables. Corrinne Weins of Perfect Wedding Planning in South Florida directed us to this tropical paradise where you can say “I do” on a lush, lakeside veranda.
8. By the Sea
The Shores Resort & Spa in Daytona Beach Shores: It’s a little bit laid-back but completely luxurious. Host an alfresco ceremony with or without sand underfoot.
9. City Sites
Feel like you’re on top of the world—well, on top of Orlando that is—at the Citrus Club. Exchange vows before one of the best views of downtown when you hold your ceremony on the 18th floor of the Citrus Center.
10. Ballroom Bound
Our list would not be complete without the Pink Palace, also known as Don CeSar Beach Resort in St. Pete Beach. Fairy-tale wedding dreams come true at this enchanting site reminiscent of a Mediterranean-style castle. All your need is your prince.
