  • 8-9 months to go: Head to bridal salons to try on styles (bring photos of some of your favorite dresses!).
  • 6-8 months to go: Buy your dress! Pick your bridesmaid dresses at this time too.
  • 2 months to go: Schedule your fittings and confirm your pick-up date. Bonus tip: There are usually three fittings: the first at six weeks out; the second at one month out; and the final fitting with one to two weeks to go.
  • 2 - 3 weeks to go: Pick up your dress!
